Scientific Journal of Civil Engineering is committed to publish and disseminate high quality and novel scientific research work in the broad field of engineering sciences.
SJCE is designed to advance technical knowledge and to foster innovative engineering solutions in the field of civil engineering, geotechnics, survey and geo-spatial engineering, environmental protection, construction management etc.
Our aim is to provide the best platform for the researchers to publish their work with transparency and integrity with the open access model, and to provide a forum for original papers on theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering and related subtopics.
Articles Published
Scientific Journal of Civil Engineering accepts for publication original scientific papers, preliminary papers, review articles and professional papers.
Periodicity of Journal
Journal is published bi-annually. The articles are published as soon as they are accepted after editorial and peer review.
Editorial and Peer Review
All manuscripts submitted to Scientific Journal of Civil Engineering undergo editorial review followed by double-blind peer review.
In the double-blind peer review neither the reviewers nor the authors know the identity of each other. This enables an neutral and accurate review of the manuscript.
Open Access Policy
Open Access is a publication model that enables the dissemination of research articles to the global community without restriction through the internet. All articles published under open access can be accessed by anyone with internet connection.
Scientific Journal of Civil Engineering is an Open Access journal. The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles as soon as they are ready for publication. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in this journal are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication without any form of restriction.

Article Metrics
Article metrics is increasingly an important measure of the impact of a published article. The journal provides article metrics for each published article. The article metrics provides a record of the number of views received by the article. It also keeps a record of the full text PDF downloads. Article metrics is available on the abstract page of each article.
